Notice to Florida, Georgia, and Washington state customers: Some states require arbitration prior to engaging certain legal actions against sellers of seed. The seed laws of Florida and Georgia require that a sworn complaint must be filed with the Department of Agriculture including the filing fee, and copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified mail within such time as to permit insoection of the crops. For complete information contact your state's Department of Agriculture. For instance Minnesota allows arbitration, but it is not required.
